The Ministers’ Schedules will be prepared for two or three months at a time and published here around the 20th of the month prior to the first date of the next month’s schedule. Ministers are asked to inform the Minister List Coordinator well in advance of planned unavailability (e.g. vacations). This will allow the Minister List Coordinator to appropriately work out the schedule.
Once a schedule is published, ministers are asked to line up their own replacements if the minister unexpectedly cannot make a scheduled time. Minister phone numbers are not available on the web site for privacy reasons; please contact either the Parish Secretary or the Minister List Coordinator if you need phone numbers of other ministers.
